Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (18 cookies)
1/2 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
1 c. mini chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 300\u00b0.
Combine crumbs and butter.
Pat firmly on bottom
of
9-inch
spring-form pan.
In large bowl, beat cheese until
fluffy.
Add Eagle Brand milk until smooth. Add eggs and
vanilla
and
mix
well.
In
small
bowl,
toss together 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat and stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into
prepared
pan.
Sprinkle
remaining chips evenly over top. Bake 1
hour or until cake springs back when lightly
touched. Cool
to room temperature and chill.
After it has cooled, remove side of pan.
Garnish as desired.
