Uncooked Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    8 large onions
    1 c. salt
    3 sweet peppers (red and green)
    2 hot peppers
    3 celery stalks
    1 qt. vinegar
    4 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes and onions, mix with the salt.
    Put this mixture in a cloth bag and drain overnight.
