2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Stir until a soft dough forms and pat over bottom of 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
