Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
2 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
mushrooms, sliced
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Spray 11 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Break up bread into small pieces. Cover bottom of pan with bread. Cook sausage and pour over bread. Place onion, pepper and mushrooms on top of sausage. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. This is good to make the night before and put in the refrigerator, then bake for company the next morning.
