Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. diced parsley
    1 large onion, diced
    5 cloves garlic
    4 oz. olive oil
    3 c. water
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 red peppers, diced
    3 c. rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute parsley, onion and garlic in oil. When golden, add 3 cups water and tomato sauce.
    Soak rice in water.
    Drain out the water and add rice to skillet.
    Leave, uncovered, and cook until most of the water is absorbed.
    Put cover on and let cook for additional 10 to 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
