Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stalk chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. carrots
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
4 c. chicken broth
4 c. diced potatoes
1/8 cayenne pepper
Preparation

Saute celery, onion, carrots and olive oil.
Stir chicken broth, diced potatoes and cayenne pepper.
Bring to boil; simmer until potatoes are done.
Serve with cheese and bacon bits.
