Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. egg noodles
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. can sauerkraut and juice
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
3/4 c. mayonnaise (no Miracle Whip)
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 c. shredded Swiss
crushed rye crackers
Preparation

Toss cooked noodles with butter and spread in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread sauerkraut and juice over noodles.
Next, spread corned beef.
Combine mayonnaise, onion, ketchup and dill weed.
Spread over top of corned beef.
Cover with foil.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove.
Add cheese and cover with crushed crackers.
Bake 15 more minutes.
