Raisin Puff Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. raisins
1 c. water
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Boil raisins in water until all the water is gone.
Combine all other ingredients, add raisins.
Shape dough into small balls. Roll in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
