Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. whole fresh mushrooms
    8 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced or powder
    2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and pull out stems.
    Place caps open side up in greased baking dish.
    Chop stems and mix with onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients.
    Place heaping spoonful of mixture in each cap.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are tender and tops are brown.
