Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small bunches broccoli, washed
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 large onion, chopped
    grated sharp cheese to cover top
    1 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Cut ends off heavy stalks of broccoli, then cut in about 2-inch lengths.
    Steam in basket until tender.
    (This may take 10 to 15 minutes.)
    Cut the flowerets and stems 3 or 4 inches long and add on top of this.
    Cook until tender.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Mix together the mayonnaise, soup and onion and pour over broccoli.
    Grate enough cheese to cover top completely.
    Mix stuffing with margarine and pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
