Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large mushrooms
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 clove garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
6 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.
Mix thoroughly the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, butter, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in bottom of baking dish.
Place mushrooms in pan, stuffed side up.
Pour remainder of oil equally over mushrooms.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When tops are brown, remove from oven and serve hot.
