Cheese Dip(Like Mexico Chiquitos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 heaping tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. jalapeno juice
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 heaping tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 garlic clove
Preparation
    In top of a double boiler, mix butter and flour to form a paste.
    Add rest of ingredients, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and cheese is melted.
    Can add more pepper if desired to make hotter.
