Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Cook a day ahead and let mellow overnight.
    This is good to give at Christmas.
