Lemon Mushroom Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 lemon juice
1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix flour with salt and pepper.
Coat chicken breasts with flour mix.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Brown chicken to light golden brown.
Add lemon juice and mushrooms.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
