Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In 4-quart micro-proof bowl, mix sugar, milk and butter.
    Cook on High (max power) for 20 to 22
    minutes or until a few drops of mixture in cool water forms a soft ball, 234\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    Do not leave thermometer in oven while cooking. Stir well every 5 minutes during cooking.
    Stir in chocolate bits and marshmallow cream.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Mix and pour into buttered 9-inch pan.
    Cool and cut into squares.
