Rice & Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 C chopped onion
    3/4 C chopped bell pepper
    1 C chopped celery
    1 C uncooked rice
    1 C cold water
    2 cans chicken rice soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 lb. pork sausage
Preparation
    Fry sausage.
    Drain.
    Combine all the other ingredients and add sausage.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
    Stir occasionally.
    Use no salt.
    Pepper a little.
