Rice And Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cook to pkg. direction and season with salt and pepper
    1 can chopped green chilies, drained
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    butter or oleo
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    End with sour cream.
    Dot with butter and top with cheese.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
