Creamy Nut Dipped Candies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. mixed nuts
    10 oz. pkg. almond bark, vanilla or chocolate candy coating
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups powdered sugar, coconut, butter, salt, milk and vanilla.
    Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (4 to 5 minutes).
    By hand, knead in 1 cup powdered sugar.
    (Dough may be soft.)
    Form teaspoon around each nut; roll into ball.
    Refrigerate until firm (2 hours).
