Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 small can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add strawberries, stirring until completely thawed.
    Add drained pineapple.
    Place in refrigerator until firm.
    Then add pineapple juice to the softened cream cheese and mix until soft and creamy.
    Add chopped nuts and spread over Jell-O mixture.
