Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 (14 oz.) caramels
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In double boiler or microwave, melt caramels and 1/2 cup milk. Set aside.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine cake mix, 1/2 cup milk and margarine.
    Press 1/2 of dough in bottom of pan.
    Bake 7 minutes at 350\u00b0 and remove from oven.
    Spread chips over dough and drizzle caramel mixture over chips.
    Cover with remaining dough. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or more.
