Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French green beans, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion
1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice
1 pkg. slivered almonds
salt and pepper to taste
1 stewed chicken or 4 breasts
Preparation

Stew chicken.
Use broth to cook rice.
Toast almonds.
Mix remaining ingredients, along with chicken and rice.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with almonds.
If dry appearance, add chicken broth.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
