Zucchini Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. skim milk
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini, tightly packed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spray 2 (5 x 8-inch) loaf pans with Pam.
    Combine egg, egg whites, oil, milk and sugar in large bowl. Stir in zucchini and vanilla.
    In another bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
    Stir in nuts.
    Add all of this to zucchini mixture; stir to blend.
