Baked Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water or broccoli juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
    3 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter; stir in flour and water until thickened.
    Blend in cheese.
    Combine sauce and broccoli; add eggs.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking pan.
    Cover with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
