Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 large green pepper, diced
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, wedge sliced
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 medium chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Brown meat slowly in oil.
Add vegetables and cook on low-medium until heated.
Combine broth, garlic, ginger, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch and pineapple juice.
Stir broth mixture into meat and vegetables.
Cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
Add pineapple; stir to warm.
Serve with egg drop soup and fried rice.
