Fried Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. crabmeat
    salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix the crabmeat, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, flour and Tabasco sauce.
    Set aside.
    Beat 2 eggs with a fork; then add mayonnaise.
    Mix lightly; add to crabmeat mixture.
    Gently mold mixture into little cakes.
    Beat other egg and dip the cakes into it and coat with bread crumbs.
    Deep fry
    until toasty brown. Drain on paper
    towels.
    Serve warm.
