Burger Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    flour and water thickening
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet in a little oil.
    Add chopped onion; cook until onion is limp, stirring constantly.
    Add tomato sauce, then add water.
    Stir in seasoning.
    Add peas and carrots while still frozen.
    Thicken with flour and water mixed to a liquid paste.
    Continue cooking until slightly thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Serve with rice or potatoes.
