Green Tomato Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. firm green tomatoes, finely chopped
4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. hot pepper, chopped
2 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
Preparation

In a large stock pot, mix ingredients and bring to a boil. After mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat. Pour into hot jars immediately (to prevent tomatoes from softening) and seal. Makes 8 pints.
