Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix eggs, salt and enough flour to make the mixture thick. Flour rolling board and pin.
    Roll out dough as thin as possible. Roll dough into a log, keeping it floured so it won't stick together. After the dough has been rolled into a log, cut across the log as thin as possible.
    Untangle noodles and allow to set about 3 to 5 minutes so they don't get tough.
    Drop noodles into a pan of tomato juice or beef broth. Allow to simmer in juice or broth until tender and season to suit yourself.
