Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. raw shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine the above in a large bowl.
    Beat 1 minute at low speed, 2 minutes at medium speed and pour batter into pan, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly in center.
