Nut Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nuts, finely ground
    1/2 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 well-beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    dash of salt
    2 oz. milk chocolate (optional)
Preparation
    Combine nuts, honey and butter and stir over low heat for 3 minutes or until thickened and boiling.
    Add beaten egg, lemon juice and rind and salt; cook slowly for 1 minute longer.
    When cool, spread over dough that has been brushed with beaten egg.
