Chicken And Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breast cutlets, skinned and boned
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    flavored bread crumbs
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches with syrup
Preparation
    Mix egg and soy sauce together.
    Dip chicken cutlets in mixture; let drain and roll in bread crumbs.
    Brown in 1-inch oil and drain on paper towel.
    Bake in covered baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Add peaches and juice.
    Cover and bake for 15 minutes more.
