Hot Tamales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 c. corn meal
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. red pepper
7 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Mix ingredients well. Wrap shaped tamales in aluminum foil. Boil for 20 to 30 minutes.
