Frosty Cucumber Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped cucumbers
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
    Cool.
    Combine mayonnaise and sour cream until well blended.
    Stir into gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
    Chill until partially set.
    Stir in chopped cucumbers, pimento and onions.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold. Chill overnight.
