Quick Breakfast Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 scant c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly.
    Add milk and shortening.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder twice.
    Add liquid and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 hot, well-greased muffin pans.
    Bake about 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 oven.
