Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. honey or molasses
Preparation

Pour boiling water over margarine to make 1 cup.
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Make a hole and add honey and margarine; mix well.
Pour into an 8 x 10-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
