Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled and sliced 1/3-inch thick
    2 eggs, mixed with 1/4 c. milk
    Italian bread crumbs
    olive oil
    plain flour
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Put flour in bag; shake a few pieces of eggplant at a time in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then bread crumbs.
    Fry in olive oil until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
    While frying eggplant, make sauce.
