Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 egg or egg substitute
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, drain good and thawed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 (16 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, mix cheese, Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
    Mix good.
    In greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan or dish, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 noodles and 1/3 the cheese mixture.
    Repeat 2 times.
    Pour 1/2 cup water around edges.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove and let stand 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
