Hamburger Sausage Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. black peppercorns
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    5 tsp. Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt (I use 3 tsp.)
Preparation
    Mix and knead as bread and refrigerate, covered, for 24 hours. Knead again and refrigerate another 24 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator and shape into 6 rolls about 10 inches long.
    Bake in a 150\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 hours.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for 5 weeks and will freeze.
    (Can put in oven at bedtime and bake all night.)
