Italian Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 peeled medium potatoes
1 large onion, finely diced
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese or grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery powder
1 c. water or milk
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

In a Corning Ware dish, layer the first 7 ingredients.
Add the water, and top with the bread crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until potatoes are soft.
Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
