Rice And Noodle Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked noodles
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated, firmly packed Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped olives
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or 2 c. potato chips
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water.
    Wash and drain.
    Braise onion in oil.
    Boil eggs and slice.
    Blend all ingredients except bread crumbs.
    Place in oiled pan and sprinkle bread crumbs or potato chips on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
