Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. corn flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/3 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine flours and salt together.
    Add oil and gradually add water and mix (may not need all water).
    Makes soft dough but not sticky.
    Divide into 12 to 15 equal balls of dough.
    Roll or press to thin tortilla.
    Brown on grill or skillet on both sides.
    (Cook like you cook a pancake, no oil.)
