Crock-Pot Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. diced Velveeta
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Grease crock-pot.
    Brown onion in butter.
    Add milk, soup and cheese.
    Heat through.
    Layer vegetables in crock-pot.
    Pour cheese mixture over.
    Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or 2 to 3 hours.
    Last hour, cook with lid off and sprinkle on crumbs.
