Poppy Seed Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    about 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine flour and butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Add poppy seed, tossing with a fork to blend.
    Add water, a teaspoon at a time, mixing lightly with a fork until dough forms. Shape into a ball and refrigerate until stiff enough to handle. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Roll dough out to 1/8-inch thickness; cut into 3-inch squares and bake 4 to 5 minutes.
    Serve with cheese spread.
