Carefree Tuna Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
8 oz. can peas
1 large can tuna, drained
1 tsp. salt or less
1 tsp. lemon juice or 1 Tbsp. instant onion
1 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese or more
Preparation

In saucepan, blend soup, water and liquid from peas.
Stir in tuna, peas and seasonings.
Bring to quick boil, stirring occasionally.
Add rice and pour into casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
