Sausage And Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion
8 potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cut sausage and onion together and fry until slightly brown. Add water to cover and add the cut up potatoes.
Salt to taste and cook until soft.
Make a paste of the flour and milk.
Add to mixture and cook until thickened.
