Oven-Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    8 pieces fish
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. cornmeal
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Place margarine in a baking dish and place in preheated 375\u00b0 oven.
    Watch carefully while melting margarine.
    Dip fish in beaten egg, then in meal.
    Coat well.
    Place each piece in butter, turning to coat evenly.
    Season to taste.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
