Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
