Soda Cracker Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. ???
2 c. crushed soda crackers

Preparation

Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar.
Add the sugar and the ???.
Fold in the crushed soda crackers.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
Top with fruit pie filling.
Good with whipped cream or ice cream.
