Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Thaw strawberries and reserve 1/2 cup juice for filling.
    Mix soda, flour, cinnamon, sugar and salt.
    Add strawberries, oil and eggs.
    Mix by hand until thoroughly mixed.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans after spraying with Pam.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
