Home Of The Brave Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck, 1/2 inch cubes
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 fresh jalapenos
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 bell pepper
    10 tomatillos
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1-1/2 cups beef broth
    3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cracked pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil in Dutch oven.
    Chop jalapenos and bell pepper. Mix with meat, onions and garlic.
    Husk tomatillos.
    Wash and chop.
    Add to mix with tomato sauce, beef broth, cilantro, paprika, salt and cracked pepper.
    Boil then reduce.
    Heat and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    4-5 servings.
